Choking, wheezing, laboured or open-mouth breathing, or blue gums may signal a serious emergency requiring immediate care.
Injury or Trauma
Falls, car accidents, bites, or other sudden injuries require prompt evaluation because internal injuries may not be immediately visible.

Possible toxin exposure, facial swelling, hives, vomiting, drooling, shaking, or breathing problems require immediate veterinary attention.
