We provide urgent veterinary care for patients referred by local clinics, helping you make sure your clients have somewhere trusted to turn when they can’t wait for the next available appointment.

We value your trust above all. We do not provide ongoing wellness or routine primary care. Once the urgent issue has been addressed, your client is referred back to your practice for continued care.

Easy Referral Process

It’s quick and easy to refer a patient to us. Just have your clients text, call, or use our clinic QR code. There’s no extra paperwork for you.

Transparent Pricing

We keep things clear for your clients by going over the treatment plan and cost estimate with them and getting their approval before we do any tests or treatments.

No Double Exam Fees (Within 24 Hours)

If you’ve seen the pet in the last 24 hours, we won’t charge another exam fee. This helps your clients avoid paying twice.

Priority Triage for Referred Patients

Pets referred by your practice get priority and can skip the regular triage (when medically appropriate) so they can be seen quickly.

Collaborative Care

We respect your expertise and follow your treatment plans and protocols. If a patient’s condition changes and needs urgent updates, we’ll contact you right away.

Seamless Continuity of Care

If a patient needs to stay overnight, we’ll contact your clinic the next morning to arrange transfer or follow-up, based on your preferences. We make sure care stays seamless.

Complete Medical Records Delivered Daily in Your Inbox

Each morning, we’ll send you complete medical records, including tests, treatments, imaging, and discharge instructions. This makes it easy for your team to take over care smoothly.

Support for Post-ER Follow-Up Care

If you need help with bandage changes, suture removal, or other post-ER procedures, we’re happy to take care of it. This lets your clinic focus on primary and preventive care.
