Haley joins the team as a Virtual Service Representative with a strong background in clinical care and animal welfare. She completed her Veterinary Assistant course in 2020 and spent six years in busy shelter medicine, where she learned to stay calm and think clearly when things get hectic.
That experience shapes how she works with clients today. When a pet is in trouble, the owner on the other end of the line is often scared and looking for answers. Haley’s job is to be a steady, reassuring voice, help them understand what happens next, and make sure their pet gets seen quickly.
Outside of work, Haley has creative hobbies and a full house to keep her busy: two cats and four dogs, all of them proud foster fails.
